    I placed an order for 2 pillows on 6/30/22 (#XXXXXX-US) and emailed Leesa asking for a refund for the foam pillow which cost *** + tax. The website explicitly says you can get a free refund within 30 days if you do not like the product. I contacted them for the refund on 7/2/22 and was told I could donate it and provide them with a donation receipt to get a refund. This is not a listed requirement on the website. I explained I did not have free access to drive to a donation center and asked them provide me a label to send the pillow to wherever they wanted it. They said they would provide a label on 7/5. Unfortunately, they did not provide a label on 7/5 so I emailed a follow up, They did not reply. I sent another email on 7/6 and they did not reply. I placed a phone call to their customer service line and was told they would respond to my email and follow up. Despite this, they did not follow up. They have not provided a label or issued the return. I would like my refund to be honored. I have a screenshot of their return policy.

    We loved this mattress for about 7 years. However it began to develop problems with indentations and not bouncing back. Leesa will not stand by their own warranty. I am unsure at this point if they would honor their 100 night warranty if I purchased a different mattress. If the warranty doesn't matter and you want a mattress for 5 years then I highly recommend. However if you want a company that stands behind their product. I would look elsewhere as they do not stand behind their products.

    Hi Mike, We are sorry to hear your mattress has started developing indentations. Every mattress purchase comes with a 10 year warranty as we stand by the quality of our product. In order to submit a warranty claim, we will require certain photos of your mattress and setup in order to properly evaluate what might be causing the issue. If found defective, we are happy to honor our warranty policy and replace your mattress.
