            I think this company is deceptive and manipulates people in the thinking their product is amazing and it is not. The cooling mattress is awful. It does not have cooling anything. Be careful when dealing with these people and this company they will find a way so that you do not get your refund. I was told that I can have a refund they were contacted in allotted amount of time through emails. They told me to donate the bed as long as I paid $389. I agreed to it then they came back and told my credit card company that I didnt take it out of the box in time and I void my return and their policy. Theyre awful company to deal with . They deceive you with good five star reviews. Be careful as they will always find a way so that you do not get your money back. I paid $250 to be able to return it within 120 days. Nolah dont come back with your BS and say that youre sorry and all is good. Youre awful company and you lie to people. I reported you to consumer affairs as well.

            We were very surprised to receive this recent review from a purchase made in 2021.  Upon checking, we did receive a return request from ******. Opened returns and unopened returns are handled differently and we were trying to understand if her mattress had been removed from the box or not as her emails to us were very confusing. 


            Our last email to her stated perhaps we misunderstood, can you please send us a photo and we will go from there?  A photo of the box would have allowed us to determine if her mattress was eligible for return and how best to handle her request.


            She declined to send a photo and said she would handle through her credit card company.  She did open a chargeback on her purchase, however her bank rejected her chargeback claim. We did not hear anything else from her regarding this request.
