              I bought a tempur pedic base and mattress from ***** ******* in Alliance, Ohio for my 85 year old father who resides in an Assisted Living - *** ****** ******** ********* **** ******* *** *** ******** **** ***** on 10/30/23. Prior to end of March - everything was fine - then my father began complaining of neck and back pain. Said he felt like he was sleeping in a hole where his bottom was stuck. I contacted Tempur Pedic via email and they said to send them pictures - which I did - the pictures clearly showed a dent without any weight on the mattress. I told Tempur - Pedic that all I wanted was to buy my dad an upgrade to a firmer mattress - they said the dent wasn't big enough subjectively (needs to be over a 3/4")I spent $3000 on this bed and was prepared to spend additional for the upgrade. Now no one can use it - my father is in his last years of life and should be able to sleep comfortably in this bed - it has a dent and my father sinks down too far - causing him to have reported back and neck pain. Please help us and let me know how I can expedite this process to help my father.

              If you are considering purchasing a Termpur-pedic brand mattress, I strongly urge you to reconsider. My wife and I spent a ridiculous amount of money on one of the best (supposedly) mattresses that this company makes; It was almost $5,000. I would like to remind all potential customers that Tempur-Sealy offers a 10 year, full replacement warranty according to their website, a warranty that they refuse to stand behind. About three years into our ownership, the mattress started to sag despite us rotating it multiple times a year. By year five, it got to the point that the sheets will not stay on it, and it is tremendously uncomfortable to sleep on. I sent in a claim with photos showing sagging more than what they are asking for and they refused multiple times to honor their warranty. I will never purchase another Sealy product in my life. If anyone is interested in seeing photos of what you are signing yourself up for if you buy their products, please feel free to contact me and I gladly send them if it keeps you from purchasing their products.
